We've been ‘all things virtual’ since the very start of lockdown and we`re now ready to be ‘all things property’ in person again, so it is business as usual here at Dawsons…
Further to the government updates in August 2021, we shall be continuing with our virtual appointments in the first instance where possible, and want to reassure our customers that our greatest priority is to keep our staff and clients safe whilst providing the best possible services required of an estate agents.
Whilst our showrooms are once again open to the public, we kindly ask that you phone or email in the first instances where possible. We will continue to offer our virtual services for viewings, valuations, tenancy applications and so much more. Please ensure you follow current Welsh guidelines when visiting our branches (please see our current policies noted below). We also kindly ask that should you be showing any symptoms of the virus that you please do not enter and contact us via telephone or email instead.
We want to once again reassure you that our offices have been adapted to comply with current guidelines, and we will be adhering to our normal opening hours and ask where possible that you either call or email us with any queries in the first instance before attending the branch.
