Standard Fees (per property)

  • Full management - 18% (15% plus VAT) View PDF»
  • Rent collection - 12% (10% plus VAT) View PDF»
  • Tenant find only - Equivalent of two weeks rent (50% plus VAT) of one months rent or £420.00 (£350.00 plus VAT) whichever is the greater amount. View PDF»

Other Fees (per property)

  • Tenancy setting up fees (managed and rent collection services only) – Equivalent to two weeks rent (62.5% plus VAT) of one months rent
  • Tenancy renewal fees - New fixed term renewal £60.00 (£50.00 plus VAT), periodic renewal £18.00 (£15.00 plus VAT) or Tenant find renewal £90.00 (£75.00 plus VAT)
  • Gas Certificate - £72.00 (£60 plus VAT)
  • EPC (Energy performance certificate) - £84.00 (£70.00 plus VAT)
  • LRA (Legionella risk assessment) - £96.00 (£80.00 plus VAT)
  • Property withdrawn during tenancy:

- Fixed term - equivalent of 120% (100% plus VAT) of 6 months management fees.

- Periodic term - equivalent of 120% (100% plus VAT) of 3 months management fees.

  • Property withdrawn during sole agency period (property not to be let) - £120.00 (£100.00 plus VAT)
  • Property withdrawn during sole agency period (property let by alternative source) - 60% (50% PLUS vat) of one months rent
  • Property withdrawn prior to tenancy (following successful referencing) - 60% (50% PLUS vat) of one months rent
  • Change of landlord administration fee (during tenancy) - 30% (25% plus VAT) of one months rent
  • Credit card fees (per transaction) - Business credit card - 3%
  • Property inventory (rent collection and tenant find only services):
