Are you a new Swansea student?

Maybe you have young adults at home who have received their A Level results recently, or maybe you yourself have received them, we just want to congratulate you on pushing through and forging ahead in what has been a very difficult year, whatever your results say on paper and whatever the course of action you need to take next.

For those students who will be coming to join us in Swansea, you’ve made a brilliant choice. It’s a lovely place to live, learn, and work. Whether you’ve been enthralled by Swansea for ages, you’ve made the choice to join us via clearing, or you chose to go to University in Swansea because you can roll out of your lectures and on to the beach in about three minutes flat, we’re confident that you’ll love it.

This year, Swansea University are celebrating 100 years of welcoming students through their doors, and we feel amazingly privileged to do what we do in a city which celebrates learning for all.

One of our favourite times of the year, is meeting the intake of new students who will be attending one of the two universities in Swansea: Swansea University, or University of Wales Trinity St David.

Leaving home to go to university can be stressful at the best of times, and this year more than all years it will come with its own stresses and challenges – we don’t want finding somewhere to live to be one of the things you’re worried about.

With that in mind and if you feel like you’re running out of time, please don’t panic and get in touch. Our Swansea lettings team do this year in, year out and will be able to guide you in the direction of finding you a home so you can embark on this new and exciting chapter.
