21 Brookville Road was brought to the market in March 2019 in readiness for our last auction on April 17th.

The vendors chose auction as they wanted a quick sale, it was a rental property for themselves and the property had deteriorated over the last couple of years.  Instead of spending a lot of money on a revamp of the house, they made the decision to sell it in a pretty run-down condition.

We began marketing the property and within 3-weeks we received an offer, at first the offer wasn't quite what the vendors were looking for, however, thanks to our awesome auction negotiators a deal was agreed and both purchaser and vendor were really happy.
