David Parton
Branch Manager
David has gained the best part of 20 years industry experience since leaving Swansea Met. University with a degree in Marketing and currently manages our Killay branch. David oversees all aspects of the day to day running of the branch alongside carrying out the property valuations within the area. David also links up with our dedicated Sales Progression Team to help ensure the agreed sales reach a satisfactory Completion.
Kelly Israel
Senior Sales Consultant & Valuer
Kelly joined Dawsons with a strong background in media. She has thrown herself into the company and is a keen member of the Dawsons Marketing Team. Being local to the Dunvant & Killay area she offers a wealth of knowledge and information for all our clients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen supporter of the local rugby team where her two boys play!
Jodie Hammett
Property Sales Consultant
Jodie Joined Dawsons in January 2020 as a Saturday Sales Consultant, then become a a full-time member of our Killay Branch in September 2020. Jodie is looking to expand her knowledge and grow within Dawsons after previously working in retail in London. She loves nothing more than interacting with clients and meeting new people. Jodie uses her spare time to keep active and socialising with her friends and family.
Ashleigh Nicholas
Saturday Sales Consultant
Asheigh works as our Saturday Sales Consultant around bringing up her two young sons on her small farm on North Gower. A fantastic addition to the Killay Team, Ashleigh brings a bubbly nature and professionalism to the role which is appreciated by both her team mates and clients alike
Laura Harcourt
Property Sales Consultant
Laura began her career in Dawsons in 2001, having worked for our Sketty, Swansea, Mumbles and Marina branches, Laura joined our Killay sales branch in May 2021, we welcome Laura's wealth of experience to our branch. In her spare time Laura enjoys the gym, running and holidays in the sun.
David Treharne
Mortgage Advisor
David is a local man and has worked in Financial Services in and around Swansea for over 25 years, and has worked alongside Dawsons since November 2008. David is based in Dawsons Llanelli office also covering Gorseinon and Killay branches. He is fully qualified with a full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and MAQ (Mortgage Advice Qualification).

Elonwy Evans
Saturday Negotiator
Elonwy (Lon) Evans joined Dawsons as a Saturday Negotiator in our Killay Office in October 2021. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience with a history of jobs ranging from qualified chef to a bouncer! She has spent the past 15 years in Social Care and due to restructuring is now looking to switch her career into the property profession. Lon's first language is Welsh and in her free time she loves to cook and spend time with friends and family.
